The MSc HRM is currently in its third year and has grown in strength thanks to our dedicated Programme Director, Brian Main. So, you may be wondering why we have introduced an International Human Resource Management Masters, and what the key differences are between the two programmes.
Firstly, the International HRM will, as the title suggests, offer a more global focus through the delivery of internationally geared options. While the core of the new programme remains the same as our MSc HRM, you will be able to gain insights into HR management issues specific to the demands of working for multinational organisations and across national borders.
So, in Semester 1 and 2 students follow 6 core courses in total. In Semester 2, students can tailor studies by choosing from the option courses which include IHRM policies and practices, global talent management and HR issues and outsourcing.
Sound interesting? Check the programme out on the School’s website for more information.
